Season One · The Weave Falters
FORGEBORN
Every rep you take out here rebuilds a world in there.
Forgeborn is the RPG where real workouts are the only way to level up. Choose Ironguard, Wayfarer, or Stillmind. Train for real — your effort is synced, verified, and turned into XP, stat gains, and a story that only moves when you do.
No spam. Just your launch invite — and word the moment it launches on Android.
Dispatches from the Weave
The Weave
Every Rep Rebuilds the World
Aethon is dying. The Weave — the force that binds it together — has always been sustained by physical effort, and for too long, no one has trained hard enough to hold it. Thirty years ago, the scholar-warrior Mira Dawnhammer rediscovered that truth and founded the Forgeborn Order in the mountain city of Kaelthas. She's been fighting the Void's advance ever since — "Train, and it becomes clear," she says — and now she's recruiting you.
Log a real workout and it's verified automatically — no workout, no XP. Every session earns experience, raises your stats, and pushes forward a serialised story told one chapter at a time. Skip a week, and Aethon feels it. Aldric Vesper, your mentor bound to the Weave itself, always notices.
Choose Your Path
Three Classes. One Weave.
Your class isn't cosmetic — it's the real training style that powers it. Pick the one that matches how you already move, or the one you want to become.
STRENGTH
Ironguard
Strength given form. The wall Aethon puts between itself and the dark. Slow to tire, impossible to move.
AGILITY · STAMINA
Wayfarer
Speed and endurance made manifest — the fastest thread in the Weave. Aethon's messages, and its rescues, move through you.
WISDOM
Stillmind
Focus honed into power. The rarest gift in Aethon, because it's earned through discipline — never through force.
How it Works
From the Gym Floor to the Story
I
Create your Forgeborn
Choose Ironguard, Wayfarer, or Stillmind. Your class shapes your stats, your abilities, and the chapters written for you.
II
Train in the real world
Log a session or sync Apple Health. It's verified automatically — no workout, no XP. That's the whole rule.
III
Level up, move the story
Every session earns XP, raises your stats, and advances Season One — 12 chapters that only move when you do.
IV
Raid together, or alone
Join a guild and take down weekly Raid Bosses as a team — or run Personal Trials solo with Sable and Renn at your side.
Decay Bar — closes only when every stat contributes
Guild unlock: 4 raid wins · Solo Trial: 5 workouts across 2+ training types
Guild Raids
No One Reps Alone
Form a guild of up to ten and take on a Worldwound together — a tear in the Weave that only closes through real, collective training. Start with The Long Stillness, a tutorial-tier wound almost any new guild can close on its first attempt, and climb through The Hollow Choir and The Iron Tide toward the true test: The Mirrorfall — an endgame Worldwound whose Decay Bar is split across all four stats. Guilds who only run cardio, or only lift, don't close it. Guilds who train across every class do.
Training solo? Personal Trials mirror the same ladder — from four sessions a week for The Long Stillness up to five sessions across multiple training types for The Mirrorfall — guided by your companions Sable and Renn, who show up whether or not anyone else does.
Your Mentor
Aldric Vesper Is Watching
Aldric Vesper is the scholar assigned to guide you — quiet, precise, and prone to knowing more than he lets on. He's studied the Stillening for decades, and he's built on the same intelligence that answers when you open the app: Claude, reading your training and shaping your plan around it.
"The Weave responds to real effort, not intention."
— Aldric Vesper, Scholar & AI Mentor
